state government already declared inimitable decision on liquor policy.it seems to be a right decision taken by a congress government during this adverse period.but the decision is constitutional or not?????
yes the main problem is there.truly unconstitutional policy,we can comment like it.

problem is standardisation of bars!!!government declared to shut down the bars which are belongs to sub standard.or they have no standard.the 730 bars in kerala belongs to this category.yes definitely they have to close.but the problem is that allowing five stars hotels to open bars..it is truly unconstitutional..violation of "equality before the law".government must go ahead with their right decision by including five stars hotel bars on the list.
